The global gold standard
| International GCSE (Ages 14–16)
As the world’s most popular international qualification, IGCSE gives your child more options than any other programme. With a vast range of subjects to choose from and flexible ways to learn, we tailor this phase to your child’s unique strengths, giving them the best possible chance to succeed and shine.
The university gateway
| AS & A-Levels (Ages 16–19)
Designed for students ready for advanced study, this stage is the final bridge to university and higher education. Building on their previous knowledge, students dive deeper into their chosen subjects.

Workload guide
International GCSEs
Most students thrive with about 5 hours per week, per subject, throughout the learning phase.
For a typical six-subject load, this means roughly 30 hours of productive study time, each week.
These hours are likely to increase during the final months of the exam prep phase.
AS Levels
The Advanced subjects require a deeper dive – usually about 8 hours per week, per subject, throughout the learning phase.

To ensure the Excel Edge, we maintain high standards for our community:
Active Participation
During live lessons, cameras and microphones stay on. We learn through natural, face-to-face discussion.
The Feedback Loop
Students mark their own work using our schemes (a vital skill!), which we then moderate. This ensures they truly “get” the marking logic.
Ownership
Students must complete weekly assignments to stay on track. If progress or behaviour stalls, we’ll partner with parents to find a solution.
Power Pauses & Flexibility
We believe in the sprint and recover method. Our calendar includes scheduled Power Pauses to ensure students stay fresh and motivated.

The launch sequence: 3 steps to Excel
Getting started is simple. We’ve designed our onboarding process to be as organised and stress-free as our lessons.
Step 1: The strategy session
We start with a friendly consultation to understand your child’s tertiary study goals and career dreams. We’ll discuss subject choices, assess their current workload and recommend the perfect solution of Core Course access, Guided Gain classes or Solo Focus sessions.
Step 2: Command centre setup
Once we have a plan, we’ll get you and your child onboarded. You’ll receive login details for your academic hub and your habit builder app. Within minutes, you’ll have a clear view of your child’s custom roadmap and schedule.
Step 3: Your first session
With the strategy set and the tools in hand, your child meets their subject specialist – or specialists! We hit the ground running, moving straight into the learning phase with a clear focus on building confidence, mastering the syllabus and achieving results.
